STUDIO 61 TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

1. Program

Studio 61 Dance Company ("Studio 61") sends text messages to parents, guardians and students who opt in. Messages cover class schedules, closures and weather updates, rehearsal and recital information, costume and event reminders, account and billing reminders, and studio news.

 

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text messaging box on our website, or by giving us written permission to text you. Consent is not a condition of enrolling or purchasing any service.

 

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per month, with more during recital and competition season.

 

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

 

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, reply START or contact the studio.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
